Reservation Policy
Your reservation will be confirmed only after 20% advance payment on the room tariff. You may make 20% advance payment using the following modes

- The confirmed booking is transferable.
- Room Tariffs are on per room basis, for 2 people maximum occupancy and include homemade complimentary breakfast.
- Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 750/- inclusive of complimentary breakfast.
- Children up-to 8 Years of age can stay free (without extra mattress) when accompanied by parents. Extra mattress will be provided upon request on additional payment of INR 750/-.
- We welcome your furry friends at our homestay! Pets are allowed, and a per pet charge will apply. The charges are as follows:o INR 600/- per pet (Without food)o INR 1000/- per pet (With food – 2 portions)
- We kindly request you to inform us in advance about the presence of your pets to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both your family and your pets.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Confirmed reservation may be altered/transferred only, if intimation reaches the host 5 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation made 5 days prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges. If, for any reason cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time/date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount + taxes.
- Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change.
- No show charge: No refund will be given in case of No Show.
- Refund is subject to the cancellation charges
- Refund is paid through NEFT in the name of the person who made the booking and payment.
- Refund process takes 15 days.
Rescheduling Policy
- Guests have the option of rescheduling their booking to any date 3 months from the booking date and the same is subject to availability provided the intimation in reaches the company 5 days prior to the check-in date.
- Reschedule request made within 3 days to the check-in date shall not be accepted.
- If the reschedule date falls in a peak season, then the difference between the original tariff will have to be paid by the guest.
- The tariffs are based on seasonality.
