Cancellation and Refund Policy for La Address Retreat
1. Standard Reservations
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 48 Hours Before Check-in: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.
- Within 48 Hours of Check-in: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
2. Non-Refundable Reservations
Cancellation Policy:
- Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds or date changes. This policy applies to all bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of reservation.

- No refunds will be issued for non-refundable reservations.
3. Special Packages and Promotional Rates

- Refunds for group bookings will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
5. No-Show Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Guests who do not show up for their reservation and fail to cancel according to the policy outlined above will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

- No refunds will be issued for no-show reservations.
