Cancellation and Refund Policy for La Address Retreat

1. Standard Reservations

Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 48 Hours Before Check-in: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.
  • Within 48 Hours of Check-in: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

2. Non-Refundable Reservations

Cancellation Policy:

  • Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds or date changes. This policy applies to all bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of reservation.

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued for non-refundable reservations.

3. Special Packages and Promotional Rates

Cancellation Policy:

  • Special packages and promotional rates may have unique cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking for details.
  • Generally, cancellations for these rates are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy:

  • If the cancellation policy for the special package or promotional rate allows for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

4. Group Bookings

Cancellation Policy:

  • Group bookings (reservations of 5 or more rooms) must be cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee determined by the group booking contract.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds for group bookings will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

5. No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Guests who do not show up for their reservation and fail to cancel according to the policy outlined above will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued for no-show reservations.
